Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Qualified Success Architect to own implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for customers. You will work with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design inbound pipeline strategies and architect deep integrations with Salesforce and GTM systems.

You will guide AI-powered buyer engagement across web and email, translate objectives into technical designs, and drive enablement and optimization across customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Platform and AI SDR Agent.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies.
• Architect and implement integrated solutions with Salesforce, marketing automation, routing, and GTM systems.
• Guide customers through AI-powered engagement across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical solution designs and AI SDR goals.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects, RevOps teams, and admins on data models, integrations, governance, and best practices.
• Drive enablement by educating teams on agentic marketing and inbound optimization.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline metrics to deliver strategic recommendations.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions to show business impact and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to surface feedback and improve outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize platform value and accelerate time-to-pipeline.
• Support expansion and renewal talks for deeper adoption and impact.
• Stay at the forefront of AI-driven go-to-market innovations.
