Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Success Architect to own the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper the AI SDR Agent.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, routing workflows, and GTM systems.
• Guide customers through AI-powered buyer engagement experiences across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, segmentation, and AI SDR goals.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects and RevOps to establish data models, integrations, governance, and best practices.
• Drive customer enablement by educating teams on agentic marketing strategies and pipeline acceleration.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline trends to deliver strategic recommendations and optimization plans.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions with stakeholders to demonstrate impact and growth opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to surface feedback and improve outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to maximize platform value and time-to-pipeline.
