HDR seeks an experienced Senior Substation Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams from development to close-out, coordinating schedules and budgets with a focus on reliability and safety. You will mentor staff and ensure deliverables meet high standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience, and 5+ years in project management, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• At least 10 years related experience and a minimum of 5 years in project management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/estimating tools; familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage large, multidisciplinary projects with high technical complexity and staff.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
