HDR is seeking a Substation Project Manager to join our Power Delivery team, overseeing substation projects from scope to closeout. The role spans domestic work and collaboration with cross-office teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• FE, PE preferred; PMP in lieu of PE.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage substation projects through scope, schedule, budget, and closeout.
• Lead project teams including Engineers, EITs, Designers, and coordinators.
• Oversee QA/QC per HDR’s QMS requirements.
• Support client management and regional business development.
• Coordinate hiring plans with Area and Regional leadership.
• Work with multiple offices to execute projects.
