HDR is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager to join our growing Power Delivery team. Lead technical design and construction efforts for high voltage substation projects up to 500 kV, coordinating with a project manager to ensure quality delivery.

Expect to mentor engineers and manage multiple projects across locations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of experience in power substation design, and an active PE license.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in power design for substation projects up to 500 kV.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or recognized in the position's location.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating with Project Managers.
• Proficiency with Power Market Sector design software (PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, Revit).

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical execution of substation design projects from concept through construction.
• Mentor and guide project engineers, EITs, and designers.
• Develop and implement project execution plans for electrical scope.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Contribute to quality reviews per HDR QMS and participate in project reviews.
