Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations experience. You will lead project definitions, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include cost control, client invoicing, subcontractor payments, and mentoring junior PMs. Travel up to 10% and a strong background in design-build are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years of relevant PM experience.
• PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification required within 12 months.
• Significant design-build/EPC experience with substations.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and gain concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Prepare and review client billings and subcontractor invoices to ensure timely payment.
