Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant substations experience. You will lead definitions, schedules, budgets, and client communications for complex projects, coordinating with engineering disciplines and field teams.

Responsibilities include risk management, change control, cost oversight, and timely invoicing. Travel up to 10% is expected; PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs to ensure profitability and oversees invoicing and subcontractor payments.
• Monitors project status, risks, and change management; communicates deadlines and objectives to the team.
• Prepares and reviews project schedules, budgets, and buy/contract packages; coordinates with stakeholders.
