Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations experience in the United States. You will oversee project definitions, schedules, budgets, risk management, and client billings while guiding a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing regular progress reports, and mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability and timely client billings and payments.
• Coordinates and monitors technical work of each task/deliverable and prepares monthly reports.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers and engages with stakeholders to resolve issues.
