The role offers remote or on-site options, with travel up to 25% annually. A strong background in DoD/FAA contracts and SOW development is required to excel in this senior IC position.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience in government contracting.
• Experience handling DoD or FAA contracts and FAR/DFARS flow-down.
• Strong negotiation and pricing management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and flow down requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Assist engineering with creating Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Issue RFIs/RFQs and manage supplier information and responses.
• Negotiate and manage pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Execute subcontracts, NDAs, and long-term agreements; maintain records.
• Support proposal costing for materials and labor; contribute to governance.
• Coordinate work across Saab programs and sites; travel up to 25%.
