Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to provide cradle-to-grave management for Federal contracts in a hybrid work environment. You will administer subcontracts and purchase orders, negotiate agreements, and support proposals, ensuring CPSR, FAR, and related compliance across project teams.

Minimum six to eight years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a TS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Expert knowledge of CPSR and Deltek Costpoint required.
• Strong analytical ability to review subcontract agreements and assess risk.
• Deep understanding of FAR and DFARS and agency-specific clauses.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with contracts, PMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave subcontract administration for Federal contracts.
• Administer assigned subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, consultant agreements and CTAs.
• Support day-to-day subcontract administration with project teams.
• Educate teams on CPSR, FAR, DFARS and related requirements.
• Create Purchase Orders and Change Orders in Deltek Costpoint and track subcontractor compliance.
• Provide proposal support, issue RFPs/RFQ's, conduct negotiations with subcontractors.
• Review and resolve issues affecting company compliance.
• Recommend revisions or process improvements.
• Engage with client’s proposal team and contracts administrators.
• Correspond with internal and external customers professionally.
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance.
