Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator / Federal Contracts Manager to own complex federal contracts from proposal through closeout. You will draft, negotiate, and manage subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and consulting agreements while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and proper flow-downs.

You will coordinate with program teams, accounting, subcontractors, and contracting officers to track funding, rates, and labor categories across multiple entities and advise

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Experience with federal subcontracts (FFP, T&M, cost-plus, IDIQ).
• Ability to identify risks and advise leadership.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Hands-on federal contractor-side contracts administration experience.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and complex federal subcontracts.
• Experience with FFP, T&M, cost-plus, IDIQ, BPA, BOA, or OTA contracts.
• Familiarity with DBA and SCA compliance and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Deltek Costpoint experience preferred; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
