The role involves preparing supplier lists, compiling RFP packages, reviewing bid tabulations, and drafting subcontract documents with terms, scope, and commercial details in line with FAR/DEAR and project procedures.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert understanding of federal and state policies/regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exemplary attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare list of contractors for RFP submissions and compile RFP packages.
• Review bid tabulations and modify contract scope, terms, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with disciplines to summarize bid proposals and present for approval.
• Conduct pre-award conferences with contractors and clients for shared understanding.
• Award contracts via phone, telex, or letter and solicit/close awards per FAR/DEAR.
