Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics)
• 8–10 years of consulting or industry experience
• Experience leading teams and prioritizing workload
• Ability to identify and sell consulting services
• Experience developing client relationships and facilitating workshops
• Experience leading strategic design across multiple industries
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Drive business development including RFPs and opportunities while delivering on projects
• Lead client engagements from planning to execution with multiple workstreams
• Manage budgets, delivery, and performance of complex processes and projects
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess sales strategies and technologies
• Lead executive workshops and client meetings
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth and innovation
