Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Sales Transformation to join EY Studio+. You will drive lead-to-cash initiatives across sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology, partnering with client teams to accelerate revenue growth and optimize efficiency.

You’ll lead workshops, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional teams while mentoring junior staff. A strong consulting background and travel readiness are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent can be considered.
• 5+ years of work experience in consulting or industry position focusing on commercial functions or related technologies.
• Experience leading teams and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating client-facing meetings and workshops.
• Problem solving and mature judgment in internal and client-facing situations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to build teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with focus on on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Create and manage the engagement resource plan and budget.
• Collaborate with client executives to assess sales strategies, processes, and technologies.
• Build and maintain client relationships to gather input and progress deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee execution of sales transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth and collaboration.
