Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Sales Transformation Senior Manager to lead client engagements across the lead-to-cash process, shaping sales strategy, processes, and technology implementations. You will oversee multiple workstreams, drive business development, and mentor teams in a dynamic, global advisory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent may be preferred.
• 8–10 years in consulting or industry with focus on commercial functions or related technologies.
• Experience leading teams and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to identify and sell consulting services.
• Experience developing client relationships and facilitating client meetings/workshops.
• Experience leading strategic design for projects across multiple industries.
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to build teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; passport and US driver’s license; travel 50–80%.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities including RFP submissions and sales presentations.
• Lead client engagements from planning to execution and closure; oversee multiple workstreams.
• Manage client interactions and relationship development.
• Be accountable for budget, delivery, and performance of complex processes or projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess sales strategies, capabilities, and technologies.
• Lead executive workshops and client meetings; drive value creation and new business initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales transformation initiatives.
• Advise on sales strategy, process and technology trends for clients.
• Provide direction on enterprise sales processes and tools (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Stay ahead of trends in sales operating models and AI insales.
