JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. Studio Leads are the heartbeat of the studio, driving sales and retention while supporting instructors and daily operations.

You’ll build relationships, communicate the value of memberships, and guide clients toward the right packages. As a Studio Lead, you’ll foster a welcoming community, follow up with leads, and partner with management to hit membership and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages
• Communicate the value of JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email and in-person conversations
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads and drive growth
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience and keep members engaged
