We seek a seasoned engineer with PE/SE credentials, 15+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure; SE preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant structural engineering experience; licensure required or attainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for building and vertical structural projects and set direction for complex projects.
• Develop and train engineering staff to maximize technical proficiency.
• Maintain and develop Structural Group standards, calculation/modeling methods and practices.
• Perform Quality Control reviews to ensure technical quality and constructibility.
• Manage QA/QC processes for the Structural Group.
• Develop internal training material and participate in employee performance reviews.
• Promote Structurepoint services as a subject matter expert in structural engineering.
• Assist in developing qualifications packages and proposals.
