You will develop standards, mentor staff, oversee calculations, QA/QC, and coordinate with clients and disciplines to deliver practical, constructible solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• PE or SE licensure required; NCEES SE exam acceptance for PE.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience with diverse building types.
• Licensure in applicable states with ability to obtain further licensure.
• Broad experience in structural design for high-rise, post-tensioned concrete, FEM modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for building and vertical structural projects and set direction for complex projects.
• Develop and train engineering staff to maximize technical proficiency.
• Maintain and develop Structural Group standards, calculation/modeling methods and practices.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of calculations, drawings, specs, and deliverables.
• Manage QA/QC process for the Structural Group and develop training material.
• Assist in qualifications packages and proposals.
