Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• PE or SE licensure with ability to obtain other licenses in work states.
• 15+ years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Proven experience with high-rise or complex structures and FE modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for building and vertical structural projects.
• Develop and train staff in structural practices and standards.
• Maintain and advance Structural Group standards and modeling methods.
• Lead QA/QC reviews of structural calculations and drawings.
• Promote the company expertise and manage proposals.
