Qualifications
- Requires BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, 15+ years of experience in structural engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer or eligible to become licensed in additional states.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills; ability to direct junior and senior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering efforts across data center projects, including new builds and retrofits.
- Mentor structural leads and coordinate with clients and management.
- Shape design strategy, deliverables, and schedules to ensure high performance and constructability.
- Perform complex structural analyses and guide methodologies for robust, code-compliant designs.
- Review drawings, provide quality governance, and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
