Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Civil or Structural Engineering; 15+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Master's degree in engineering is a plus; PE license preferred.
• Ability to travel 10% to 40% and lead complex, multi‑discipline teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering efforts for data center projects, including new builds and retrofits.
• Mentor junior and senior staff; coordinate with clients and upper management on status and delivery.
• Provide technical governance, design direction, and complex calculations; ensure code‑compliant, constructible solutions.
