Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 15+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer with multi-state eligibility.
- Knowledge of CAD software and structural analysis tools.
- Ability to lead complex engineering teams and communicate with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering across data center projects, including new builds and retrofits.
- Provide technical governance and ensure code-compliant, constructible designs.
- Mentor junior and senior staff and guide design delivery strategy.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support Design-Build delivery methodology and project schedules.
