Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a senior subject matter expert to lead structural engineering for a portfolio of data center projects in the United States. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
- 15+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license; SE license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE 7).
- Experience with hyperscale facility design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering efforts across data center projects.
- Mentor structural leads and coordinate with clients and management.
- Perform complex structural analyses and validate modeling standards.
- Oversee calculations for member design and foundations; ensure schedules and coordination.
