McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Project Manager with a PE license and 12+ years of water resources experience to lead design and project delivery across dams, energy, fisheries, infrastructure and natural resources.

The role involves mentoring team members, pursuing business development, and managing multidisciplinary teams, with travel up to 15% and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed PE with 12+ years in water resources design.
• Proven Seller-Doer with business development experience.
• Strong experience in dams, energy, fisheries, infrastructure and natural resources.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage client relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the preparation of complete project documents from design development through construction documents.
• Independently evaluate, select, and apply advanced structural design techniques and criteria to projects.
• Effectively manage multi-discipline teams, assign tasks and direct engineers, technicians and staff.
• Perform field investigations and review as-built plans to establish conditions and design criteria.
• Identify project opportunities and assist with proposals for engineering services.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Evaluate and manage planning, design and construction support services.
