Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Identify project opportunities, prepare proposals, and plan strategies with clients.
• Lead multi-discipline teams on water resources projects and manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Develop communication plans and ensure alignment with the project plan and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and design water infrastructure, including treatment, pump stations, and stormwater systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Master's degree preferred
