United Grid Solutions seeks a Senior Civil-Structural Engineer to lead substation design within power delivery projects. You will supervise engineering teams, deliver safe, cost-effective solutions, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, mentoring staff, and collaborating with clients and other disciplines to optimize outcomes. Eight+ years in electrical power delivery and PE license required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Eight or more years of engineering experience in electrical power delivery.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discipline work for projects and perform responsible charge engineering duties.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and costs.
• Support proposal development, cost estimating and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines and clients to deliver quality designs.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate staff to accomplish projects efficiently.
