Job summary

IMEG Corp in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design efforts for moderate to complex projects and support high‑complexity work with limited senior staff. The role includes analysis, reporting, client communication, and mentoring within a collaborative team.

You will advance designs to IMEG standards and stay current with industry best practices while contributing to project proposals, budgets, and scheduling. A PE/SE path is available with growth through Texas offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or architecture.
• P.E. license required; SE license or exam may be required.
• 7+ years in building design; 8+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for moderate to complex projects.
• Create detailed designs, specs, and calculations to IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate analysis reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Provide training, mentoring, and issue resolution with limited senior support.
