Job summary

IMEG Corp is seeking a Senior Structural Project Manager in Portland, OR to lead client relationships, grow the project pipeline, and oversee multi-million dollar projects. The role emphasizes market visibility, business development, and strategic growth within the Pacific Northwest structural team.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in engineering or related field, 10–15+ years in PM/CM, and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field preferred.
• Stock ownership path to Associate Principal level is expected.
• Minimum 10 years, 15 years preferred, of project/construction management experience.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead others; strong communication skills; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Grow the project pipeline by maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for new engagements.
• Manage client and project fees; target ~2M total; bring in new projects regularly.
• Lead or contribute to projects and assist in business development efforts.
• Coordinate with Client Executive and marketing on opportunities and messaging; participate in market-focused activities.
