Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Structural Engineering Professional in a hybrid work model. You will play a key role in performing structural analysis and design for complex projects, including semiconductor manufacturing and data centers.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to deliver safe, buildable structures. The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering with a structural focus, a PE license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• PE license required or equivalent.
• MS degree is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform structural analysis and design for projects.
• Lead a team of engineers and designers, providing guidance.
• Ensure compliance with US building codes and seismic provisions.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to meet client needs.
• Participate in internal and external design quality reviews.
