Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer; ability to become registered in additional states.
• Proficiency with CAD software and structural analysis tools.
• Knowledge of ACI, AISC, ASCE 7 and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering efforts across data center projects (new builds and retrofits).
• Drive technical direction and ensure design meets high standards of performance and constructability.
• Mentor structural leads and coordinate with clients and upper management.
• Shape project execution, influence design strategy, and support Design-Build delivery.
• Provide quality reviews and oversee complex calculations and modeling.
