Qualifications

• Identify complex challenges quickly and propose robust engineering solutions.
• Ability to speak with executives on technical subjects without advance notice.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and multiple contract structures.
• Experience communicating across client and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality reviews of complex projects.
• Lead complex structural analyses and select appropriate methodologies.
• Develop and validate advanced structural models and set standards.
• Oversee calculations for member design and foundations; direct take-offs.
• Mentor junior and senior staff; coordinate with clients and upper management.
