You will guide structural engineering across a portfolio of data center projects, from new builds to retrofits, while coordinating with clients and contractors and mentoring staff.

The role blends technical authority with client-facing leadership, requiring broad experience with building materials, design codes, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 15+ years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with ability to obtain additional state registrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality reviews of complex projects.
• Lead complex structural analyses and select appropriate methodologies.
• Develop and validate advanced structural computer models; establish modeling standards.
• Oversee critical calculations for member design and foundations; manage schedules and interdisciplinary coordination.
