Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation (AI PDLC) to lead the transition to an Agentic AI-driven Product Development Lifecycle. You will redesign operating models, workflows and governance across Product, Engineering and QA and partner with senior leaders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in PDLC, strategic transformation, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

6+ years of management consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, technology transformations or operating model redesign roles.
Experience leading technology or enterprise transformation projects and operating model redesign.
Strong knowledge of PDLC and software engineering practices.
Experience with strategic and operational project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead redesign of product, engineering and QA operating models and workflows to enable Agentic-AI PDLC.
Assess current state PDLC operating model and identify improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with leadership across Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA.
Define future state processes, boundaries, and governance for human/Agentic AI workflows.
Develop blueprints for process maps, role definitions and implementation roadmaps.
Design AI Center of Excellence and capability-building approaches.
Lead change management strategy and stakeholder communications.
Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews and decisions.
