Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience including 8+ years in progressive leadership roles in strategy, consulting, or tech transformations.
• Experience in tech transformations; B2B software, AI, or cloud infra preferred.
• Experience leading or supporting product management, software engineering, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with strategic and operational project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agentic AI PDLC transformation across architecture, tooling, processes, and governance.
• Drive large-scale change management and executive alignment initiatives.
• Partner with technical leaders to assess starting point and design future state of PDLC.
• Define and maintain transformation roadmap, milestones, and KPIs.
• Present findings, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure rapid adoption of Agentic AI native operating model across product groups.
