Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or tech transformations.
• Experience in B2B technology, AI, cloud infrastructure products preferred.
• Experience leading product management, software engineering, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with strategic and operational project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year Agentic AI PDLC transformation across tech architecture, tooling, processes, and governance.
• Drive large-scale change management and executive alignment programs.
• Partner with technical leaders to assess product groups, teams, and personas.
• Design future-state operating model for Agentic AI PDLC.
• Drive implementation to improve productivity, time-to-market, and quality.
