NTT DATA North America is seeking an Associate Director, Partner Strategy & Solutions to lead structured problem definition, discovery, and business‑case development for partner-enabled industry solutions.

The role collaborates with Practice, Finance, and Sales to translate customer problems into actionable opportunities, build ROI analyses, and drive cross-functional execution across technology and partner assets.

Qualifications

Experience in management consulting, business transformation, solution development, product or offer strategy, commercial analysis, industry solutions, corporate strategy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead structured discovery with stakeholders to define customer problems and use-case opportunities.
Develop business cases including ROI, cost-benefit analyses, and value drivers for initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional execution from intake to launch readiness and governance.
Assess feasibility, capability gaps, and investment needs with technical and delivery leaders.
Incorporate AI-enabled options into use-case analyses to improve customer outcomes.
Prepare executive materials with clear recommendations and decision criteria.
