Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a Senior Director of Partner Strategy and Solutions in Plano, TX to own the commercialization of partner-enabled industry solutions. You’ll translate capabilities into differentiated, repeatable offers, packaging them for sellers and partners to take to market.

You will lead across Business Units, Practices, Marketing, Partner Sales, and delivery teams, ensuring cohesive launch plans and field enablement with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled solutions and governance

Qualifications

• Significant experience commercializing and launching technology, digital, AI-enabled, services, or industry solutions in enterprise markets.
• Proven success taking complex products or solutions from development through packaging, GTM prep, enablement, launch, adoption and scale.
• Deep expertise in product commercialization, offer management, product marketing, solution marketing, GTM strategy and execution, sales enablement and launch management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of partner-ready offer packages including narrative, buyer, use cases, business outcomes, differentiation, and qualification criteria.
• Translate complex capabilities into a coherent, market-facing offer architecture.
• Coordinate creation of seller-facing and client-facing assets (briefs, narratives, plays, questions, talk tracks, proof points).
• Ensure assets communicate a consistent value proposition and call to action; manage cross-functional governance across units and partners.
• Maintain fluency in AI/agentic solutions to translate capabilities into customer value propositions and sales enablement content.
