Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an AI Senior Director to advise clients on AI transformation opportunities, develop value cases, and shape adoption roadmaps.

This client-facing role requires strategic thinking, deep AI fluency, and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable solutions in collaboration with engineers and delivery teams. You will lead workshops, build executive-ready proposals and ROI models, and contribute to presales through deal shaping.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles.
• 4+ years shaping or delivering AI, data science, machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 4+ years of demonstrated strategy acumen including operating models, value case development, and transformation planning.
• 4+ years supporting presales activities such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, or executive deal reviews.
• 5+ years of knowledge around enterprise AI concepts including LLMs, AI agents, governance, and adoption considerations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted client advisor to identify AI transformation opportunities and value cases.
• Shape AI strategy, operating models, governance, adoption, and transformation roadmaps for clients.
• Translate client needs into practical AI solutions in partnership with architects, FDE, delivery, and partner teams.
• Develop proposals, ROI models, proof-of-concept plans, and executive-ready client materials.
• Support opportunity qualification, deal shaping, solutioning, mobilization, and transition into delivery.
• Lead structured consulting activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Stay current on AI trends and partner capabilities to strengthen advisory quality.
