Job summary

DoorDash for Business is hiring a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to pilot and scale features that improve delivery quality across the client, dashers, and merchant journey. You’ll design testing frameworks, go-to-market plans, and turn data insights into product improvements, wearing many hats from analytics to cross-functional partnership.

You’ll report to the Manager, Strategy & Operations and can work remotely or hybrid.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; intermediate SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experiment – data-driven tests and product/feature improvements.
• Optimize – sharpen tools with product and engineering teams.
• Analyze – build models to evaluate economics and patterns.
• Execute – design and run test plans to improve merchant and dasher quality.
• Collaborate – work across sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, and business development to elevate the experience for merchants, dashers, and clients.
