Job summary

DoorDash Digital Ordering is seeking an Associate on the Strategy & Operations team to own one or more product initiatives from end to end and drive execution with partners across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing. You will define goals, run experiments, and build scalable processes that improve merchant outcomes across SMB and Enterprise.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in strategy/operations/product roles, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles.
• Experience taking a product from inception through launch.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product initiatives and drive strategy, goals, and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Analyze data and qualitative merchant feedback to guide decisions.
• Design and launch zero-to-one experiments and AI tools to improve workflows.
• Represent merchant needs to influence product roadmaps and GTM priorities.
• Build repeatable frameworks and enablement for scalable product launches.
