Truist is seeking a senior operations leader to partner with TD&O leaders, translating complex information into concise narratives and executive-ready materials. You will drive governance, planning, and cross-functional alignment across technology, data, and operations to enable strategic decisions.

You will lead major technology projects, identify improvements, and ensure risk management and policy compliance while coaching junior teammates and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
