Truist seeks a senior finance leader to drive financial leadership for the Technology, Data and Operations Finance sub-segment, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with operational goals.

You will influence decisions across functions, support investment cases, mentor analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance reporting capabilities in a growing wholesale environment. On-site in Charlotte, NC.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education.
• Ten years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.
• Ability to provide leadership to support division manager and Executive leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret financial analysis for business partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with GAAP and GAAP knowledge related to supported LOBs; proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling.

• Partner with Finance colleagues to execute strategies across Technology, Data, Operations Finance and Wholesale Segment Finance.
