Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Strategy & Execution Manager in the USCA region to advance the Partnerships team's strategy and execution. You will blend analytical insight with business acumen and work closely with senior leaders to set medium- and long-term goals for the business.

In this role you will lead the execution of key initiatives, build scalable processes, and secure consensus across stakeholders, backed by data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy & operations experience in SaaS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP to set strategy and goals for the business.
• Lead executive analyses and prepare board materials (e.g., QBR).
• Define and manage cross-functional programs end to end.
• Own operating cadence and provide performance visibility against targets.
• Inform and enhance partner strategy with quantitative analysis.
• Generate deep dives into performance trends with actionable outcomes.
• Guide annual GTM planning and long-range modeling.
