Qualifications

• 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with influence and execution.
• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including partner funding programs.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture and migration benefits.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Independently scope and lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Drive full-cycle sales of standard and customized PS&T programs.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to align PS&T targets with growth goals.
• Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions.
