Databricks is seeking a Strategy & Execution Manager to partner with the AMER Retail leadership. You will act as COO for the Retail business, deeply embedded in operations while shaping strategy and running cadences across cross-functional teams.

You will bring strong data skills and an AI-fluent mindset, driving analytics, automating workflows, and delivering rigorous, executive-level analyses to inform strategic decisions.
