Salesforce Professional Services is seeking an analytical, senior leader to drive global strategy. You will lead deep-dive research, conduct market analysis, and translate findings into executive-ready presentations that shape our Professional Services strategy.

The role acts as a core strategic advisor, partnering with senior leadership to guide investment and operational decisions across the business strategy. Strong AI fluency is required.

Formación

• 10+ years in Strategy, Transformation Design, Operations, or Management Consulting, with Global Professional Services or SaaS experience.
• Analytical and quantitative rigor to structure complex problems and build models.
• Proven ability to create high-impact executive decks and communicate strategically to C-suite.
• High comfort using AI tools to optimize workflows, accelerate research, and scale content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Strategic Research & Market Intelligence: conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and market research to identify opportunities and risks across Professional Services.
• Perform Advanced Quantitative Analysis: model business scenarios, evaluate financial metrics, and derive insights from data to support strategy.
• Craft C-Suite Presentations: synthesize findings into executive-ready slide decks and narratives for senior leadership and offsites.
