Salesforce in the United States is seeking a Sr Manager/Director of Strategy within Professional Services to lead deep-dive research, quantify market opportunities, and present actionable insights to the C-suite.

You will transform raw data into clear strategic options, model scenarios with analytics teams, and partner with senior leaders across global regions to guide investment and operational decisions that shape Salesforce's services strategy.

Qualifications

10+ years in Strategy, Transformation Design, Operations, or Management Consulting.
Experience in Global Professional Services or SaaS is required.
Analytical and quantitative rigor for complex problems.
Executive storytelling with C-suite audiences.
AI fluency in using tools to accelerate research.
Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

Lead strategic research, market intelligence, benchmarking, and market research to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Model business scenarios with analytics teams and derive actionable insights.
Craft polished, executive-level slide decks and narratives for senior leadership.
Evaluate AI strategy and tool delivery to assess impact and positioning.
Align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Regions to build consensus.
Direct and mentor a team of Strategic Analysts and maintain strategy documentation.
