You will conduct market research, data modeling, and create executive-ready decks that drive decisions and transformation impact. You’ll collaborate with Strategy Leads, leverage AI tools, and design metrics to track the business outcomes of our AI-enabled service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Experience in Professional Services, Tech, or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis, qualitative research techniques, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to distill raw data into clean, logical, and visually polished presentation slides for executive audiences.
• High familiarity using generative AI and automation tools to accelerate research and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Research & Data Analysis: conduct quantitative analysis, qualitative research, market benchmarking, and operational capacity modeling.
• Synthesize Telemetry & Insights: collaborate with analytics to extract data, identify friction points, and build data-driven recommendations.
• Draft Executive Presentations: translate findings into structured slide decks, strategy briefs, and executive deliverables.
• Support Business Reviews: prepare quarterly and annual operational review materials for global leadership.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with PMO and OCM teams to pass along data models and metric tracking frameworks.
• Leverage AI Tools: use AI productivity, visualization, and analytical software to streamline desk research and automate reporting.
