Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Analytical rigor with data analysis, qualitative research, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Presentation skills to distill data for executive audiences.
• Proactive, independent problem-solving with structured analysis.
• Experience with AI and automation tools to accelerate research and content creation.
• Education: Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Research & Data Analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis, qualitative research, market benchmarking, and capacity modeling to support strategic initiatives across Professional Services.
• Synthesize Telemetry & Insights: Partner with PS analytics to extract data, identify friction points, and build data-driven recommendations.
• Draft Executive Presentations: Translate findings into visually compelling slides, strategy briefs, and executive deliverables.
• Support Business Reviews: Prepare quarterly and annual operational review materials for global Professional Services leadership.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with PMO and OCM to pass along data models, requirements, and metrics.
• Leverage AI Tools: Use AI productivity, visualization, and analytics software to streamline desk research and automate reporting.
