Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis, qualitative research techniques, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to distill raw data into clean, logical, and visually polished presentation slides for executive audiences.
• Proactive problem-solving with the ability to structure an organized analysis from loosely defined guidelines.
• High familiarity using generative AI and automation tools to accelerate research and content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Research & Data Analysis: conduct quantitative/qualitative research, market benchmarking, and capacity modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize telemetry & insights: work with PS analytics to extract operational data and build data-driven recommendations.
• Draft Executive Presentations: translate findings into structured slide decks and strategy briefs for executives.
• Support Business Reviews: prepare quarterly and annual operational materials for global leadership.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with PMO and OCM to pass data models, requirements, and metric tracking frameworks.
• Leverage AI Tools: use AI productivity, visualization, and analytics software to streamline reporting.
